No service after software update 13.5.1

I updated my phone to 13.5.1 last night and no longer have service. Before I installed the update, I kept receiving a message that said I wouldn't be able to make or receive calls and texts and could not connect to cellular data until my phone was updated. After I installed the update, the software update showed that it was completed and installed but I still kept receiving a message that said I could not do the above things. I can text now but I still have no service and cannot make calls or connect to cellular data. Please help!
