i tried turning in my Apple Cash but every time i put it my password it says Could not Set up an error occurred

You must be at least 18 to legally use Apple Cash. You only have to be 13 to use regular Apple Pay.
yes, there is no legal way around this. you just have to wait until you are older. there are other person to person methods you could look into. I use Zelle because it is integrated into my bank app and it has buyer protection.

Ok I see. Although, I’m not sure if that’s really my problem. Wouldn’t it tell you that you’re not old enough? Why does it just tell you that your Apple Pay has an error?
I do not know why Apple uses the language they use. It is possibly a legal reason.
