TRANSFER ICLOUD DATA

have transferred icloud data from one iphone to another although it says “uploading items to icloud” while staying at 67% for about a week now. everything on the new iphone seems to be there but i want to erase all data and settings from the old iphone although i’m worried that what hasn’t transferred is important.
