Hello, i have Iphone XS and i have a problem too. When i put my phone on charge he charges but the problem is that he doesn’t increase more than 80%, can anyone tell me why this problem happen to me and any solution for this? Thank you
There's nothing wrong, the phone just got smarter about when to charge the battery. If you updated to iOS 13, your iPhone uses on-device machine learning to understand your daily charging routine so that it can wait until you don't need to use your iPhone to finish charging past 80 percent.

If it's behaving as described, then it's not a problem.
Charging only up to 80% preserves the battery life, but Optimized Charging will charge more if it notices you need that on regular basis.
Yes it’s like i described, i have the optimised battery charging ON but before 1-2 weeks my phone charges up 80% so it goes 100%, and yesterday and today doesn’t go higher than 80%
