Password protected excel sheet unable to open on IPAD

I’m unable to open the password protected excel sheet in my IPAD PRO. It shows that this file cannot be opened as it is password protected ... however same file opens in my laptop which is saved on iCloud .

How to open password protected word file on my iPhone I have uploaded to my Google drive the password-protected word file and can easily open it on my computer's Google drive by inputting password, but unfortunately can't open the same file from Google docs on my iPhone. It repeatedly says "Can't open the file right now. Please try again later" without even asking for password.
