I want to ch be from uk iTunes to Australian iTunes. Is there a way of checking what apps I will lose by doing that? Or will I not lose the apps?

You won't lose any apps by changing location. You may not be able to update the apps if the version in the Australian store is different than the version in the UK store.
You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.

Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region.
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

· Spend any store credit remaining on your Apple ID. Learn what to do if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item.
· Cancel any subscriptions, including Apple Music, and wait until the end of the subscription period.
· Wait for any memberships, pre-orders, movie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process.
· Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region.
· Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future.
