My third new iPhone XR (1 and 2 were returned due to issues) seems to have a problem with making phone calls and staying connected.
it says “call failed”. I try it over and over until it works. This happens with great frequency.
if I manage to talk with someone via the phone, very often it disconnects us. I have the latest iOS and update.
where do I go from here? Should I try to get a fresh
new SIM card?
