Restore iPad screen is on. I tried to restore the iPad pro, by connecting the iPad to a laptop and going to iTunes. I clicked update and restore. The iPad went into recovery mode. Then iTunes said preparing to restore the software on this iPad. It said extracting software, preparing for restore. Then it restarted with a flash of red. Then it said the iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013). Now I can't do anything. Please help.
