Hi. Why Apple TV+ is not available in Kazakhstan, although it is works in Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan? In Kazakhstan official language is Russian. Even in cinemas we watch 90% of all movies in Russian dubs, because in Kazakh language no content. Please make available Apple TV+ in Kazakhstan on Russian language.

it seems that apple coming into agreement of content providers and government agencies in a country is required before they make it available, doubt they are willfully excluding any as they make money on having customers.
