Why am unable to pair my iPad and iPhone to my phonax hearing aid via Bluetooth

Have you tried on the iDevice:
Switch on Bluetooth;
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > ((Pair Hearing Aids))
You should see your hearing aids, if you don't try switching the hearing aids for a few seconds and switch them on again, it should appear in the above Hearing Device.
