So I bought a used Apple Watch that won’t turn on. The person I bought it from said it might need a new battery. It only shows the Apple logo for a split second when it’s on its charger. Will I need a new battery?

It doesn’t turn on. I was told it needs a new battery. But I wanted to see if there could be another way to turn on. It only illuminates the Apple logo for a spilt second when it’s on its charger and illuminates a little longer when I hold down both buttons.
