received damaged airpods

Hello,


I received a severely damaged airpods with case broken and the charging cable burnt. I was wondering if I could get a replacement.Any relatable experience would help. Thanks

It was my first apple product :(

I ordered from official apple website.

I got this into apple's notice by reporting via customer care.

I hope to get a reply (by email or any sort soon )

I know the damage is impossible, even I was shocked!!

Did you buy it from Apple's official website or from somewhere like eBay?

If it's the latter, then it might've been a scam.

To be sure, check the listing and send this to an Apple store.

This damage looks impossible to have happened in shipping.
