Airpod quality

The volume is very low (I can barely hear the music at full volume) but the people around me can hear the music clearly. It's as if the airpods are acting more like a speaker and not airpods.

Airpod Volume Problems For some reason whenever I listen to stuff through my AirPods, the inner speakers are very quiet and at max volume I can barely hear. However the outer speakers are loud and people around me can hear just fine. Also, the right AirPod is significantly quieter than the left.
