Problems readding Suddenlink email to Macbook Air

I was having problems with Suddenlink email on MacBook Air and decided to delete it and then I was going to re-add it. Now when I try to add it back through "Add a mail account," I put in the email address and password and it opens up the box further with the POP information, which appears to be correct, I type in my username for Suddenlink and it still comes back "Unable to verify account name or password." (See pics below.) Why am I unable to add my email back?
