AirPods Pro noise cancelling option not showing in volume control on Mac OS

Hello,

I saw on the support website that I could turn on and off the noise cancellation feature on my MacBook Pro from the volume control in the menu bar like this picture Below.

However, I am not getting these options and my MacBook is running the latest update of Catalina 10.15.5. Here is what I get .. No Drop down menu to control noise cancellation. Can someone Help me figure this out ?
