Why won't it let me download or watch a movie I recently purchased?

If other movies work, then it sounds like an issue with the specific movie.

What happens when you try to download it, or watch it? Do you get an error? If so what does it say?
How are you trying to watch it? Are you trying to watch it on the iPad in your Tag line or on some other device?
I purchased it on my ipad from the appleTV app. When I try watching it or downloading it to my Ipad, it says "Unable to Download Movie, 'I, Robot' could not be downloaded at this time." I've tried it when I am connected to the Wifi and using my LTE for my Ipad but either way it does not work. I have plenty of storage on my Ipad as well, and I have tried multiple Wifis.
Also I downloaded and watched three other movies that I purchased in the same day without any issues.
