Can't reset
my screen is white with grey lines, also known as the white screen of death and i tried to reset it but it would not work. What do i do?

There is nothing you can do. If it is a 6th or 7th generation iPod you can do an out-of-warranty repair. If it's an earlier model, the repair isn't worth it. Repair pricing: https://support.apple.com/ipod/repair/service/pricing
