Video recording occasionally has glitches

Hi,

I have an iPad Pro (software version = 13.4.1) and occasionally when I record video it has the odd glitch where part of the image pixilates. I recorded a three minute video just now and it happened 4 times in all!

It's very frustrating and I would like to know if anyone can tell me what causes it and how I can fix it.
