I cannot download any app from the apple store because the button that I must click twice is not fuller visible on the screen of my phone. Has anyone else has this problem?

Why is the button that I must double lick on in order to finalize a purchase in the apple store only partially visible on the screen of my iPhone so I cannot finalize my order. Any ideas to fix this?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

It wants you to double click the physical button on the side on the phone. Not something on the screen.
