O.P.

My MacBook keeps turning off and when I restart I have the error logs below. Is anyone able to give me any idea as to what the issue is. I’ve done a fresh install,

I suspect failing RAM

a freed zone element has been modified in zone knote zone:
expected     0xc0ffee9bb16afb10
but found    0xc0ffae9bb16afb10,
bits changed 0x0000400000000000,
at offset 0 of 144 in element 0xffffff80310302d0

Generally a single bit change like this is caused by failing RAM.

You can try running Rember

http://www.kelleycomputing.net/rember

.

Quit as many apps and background tasks as you can (such as menu bar items) so more RAM is available for testing.  Booting into Safe mode <http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1564> can also free up more RAM for testing, by not loading any 3rd party additions you may have installed.

.

Set Loops: [X] Maximum

and run overnight

NOTE: Rember is not absolute. If it does not find anything, that does not mean you have good RAM. It only means it did not find anything. The bad section could be already in use, or it just is not going to cooperate.

I suspect failing RAM.

a freed zone element has been modified in zone kalloc.96:
expected     0xc0ffee7f0429fcc6
but found.   0xc0ffae7f0429fcc6,
bits changed 0x0000400000000000,
at offset 0 of 96 in element 0xffffff8035e71aa0

It is just a suspicion, as Apple provided RAM is generally reliable. But a single bit change typically happens because the RAM could not remember what was stored at that bit location.

You could also post the "Entire" kernel panic. That might tell us (me) something else. Then again reading kernel panics reports is like reading "Tea Leaves". It sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

See if you have a panic report (file's ending in .panic).  If you have more than 1, please post a couple as the differences can be very useful:

Look for the Kernel Panic reports at:

Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

<http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200553>

The panic report should have ".panic" in the file name.

You can put the panic report in an "Additional Text" box when you Reply

If, AND ONLY IF, you have difficulty posting via "Additional Text"

then try posting to PasteBin.com, and give us a PasteBin URL link.
