Removing an expired card from Apple pay

I have updated my Apple Pay account with a new card that has been validated by my bank and Apple. I cannot remove the expired card because it says it is being used by family members. I have no family members and all the different applications for it are switched to off. I want to get rid of the alert on the settings button.

How do I do this please!
