ipad keyboard too high up

Has anyone ever experience their text keyboard floating in the way on everything?

I tried turning it off and then back on, I see nothing in settings, and nothing on apple support about it!!!

It's super annoying!!! Help

Tap and hold the little keyboard icon at the bottom right corner, then slide your finger up to select “Dock”.

You are quite welcome.

At some point you may discover the other keyboard options, such as a Split keyboard, or the shrunken keyboard. Both will look abnormal, but are merely different ways of using the iPad.

omgsh thank you!!! It really was ANNOYING!!! I didn't even know this was a feature lol
