I have been charged $11.68 for Amazon Music Unlimited whose receipt I have attached. I am not sure what this is as it was not aithorized.

If the charge was done using an Apple Device, you may check if you where subscribed by going to Settings>Your Name>Subscriptions,
If it was not done through an Apple Device, I recommend you contact Amazon Customer Service or your bank directly as this is the Apple Community Forum and we cannot help you with this kind of query.

If it does not, then yes at this point you may want to open dispute with your bank,
A dispute is usually opened when an unauthorized transaction was completed on your card and it was not you who did it.

I did contact Amazon regarding this. However, the agent couldn’t help me with this as he couldn’t see the charge. However, I do see the receipt and my bank does show the charge.
Do you still recommend contacting the bank instead?
