Welcome to the Apple community.

All you have to do on your new device is sign in to the same Apple ID as you are using on your old one and enable the iCloud services that you want to use (in this case mail)

Settings ➔ Apple ID(Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ Apps using iCloud
