When I write a sentence using pages, after every word there is a dot. This is new. Never had it before.

When I start to create a new pages document I find the texts is marked by a dot between words. How do I get rid of that nuisance? Why did it suddenly start?

Blue dots?

If so, it just means you have turned on Show invisibles, and Numbers is showing you the spaces between words (and the pilcrow at the end of each paragraph showing the presence of a paragraph break there).

To turn it off, use the keystroke combination provided by Viking OS X above, or go to the View menu and choose Hide invisibles.
