Hi, I’ve been trying to download the “watch” App on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and wanting to connect my Apple Watch series 5 but unfortunately when I search for downloading the watch app it shows me Restrictions enabled... certain apps, features etc icon but I’ve disabled the content and privacy restrictions i don’t understand why is this happening! Kindly assist to sort this!
Problem solved!
I went to settings,
general,
reset,
reset all settings
and it worked not data lost!

It seems you're having some trouble with restrictions on your iPhone. It seems you have restrictions enabled and we can work together to turn that off.
Content & Privacy Restrictions can be enabled and managed with your Screen Time passcode:
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If you set the Screen Time passcode for your device, you should be able to turn off the Restrictions as necessary.
