iPhone 7, IOS13.5.1 not uploading photos to iCloud. Tried all the usual fixes.
Can I ask why you toggled the setting on your PC, or indeed restarted it?

So it would appear. I'm obviously not that savy about all this. Photos under the Photos menu option on my PC always updated spontaneously in the past. Is there a setting I need to look at/change to fix this?
I don't have a PC, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. There is another community especially for iCloud on the PC, you might get more help there.
Although I wonder if you have a similar area on your PC to the image that I showed you above, that would let you know exactly where you were up to in regard to being updated or in the process of syncing.
Understand. If there is such a page I haven't found it. You've been very helpful. At least now I know I can always signin to my iCloud account and see my pics on my computer. I'll do some more probing to understand why it is they stopped being visable via my menu bar. Must be a Windows glitch.

Could you please tell us what the usual fixes are so that we don't repeat any of them to you.
Restarted phone. Turned off photo settings in iCloud on my PC and then turned them back on. Restarted computer after that. Turned wifi off and on.
I was just randomly trying to reset things. Forgot to mention I also did a backup update earlier. Message under photos reads "Updated Just Now".
Do you see all the photos at iCloud.com → Photos?
Ah, yes I do. But not when I go to Photos on my PC menu bar.
Then it would seem that your problem is (or maybe) downloading your photos to your PC, not uploading them from your phone. Would that seem about right?
