SubmitDiagInfo Macbook Crashes

I was checking my Console yesterday after a kernel panic when starting up on safe mode after resetting NVRAM & PRAM. It turns out there are quite a lot of System Reports, should I be concerned about this, especially the SubmitDiagInfo crashes?
