I removed the iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 Beta profile and I noticed it kept the beta software version. The only reason I want to have the beta profile is so my device can get iOS 14 next month. Will it keep iOS 14 installed after the beta profile is installed if a new regular software update is released?

You need join the iOS 14 public beta test and download the iOS 14 beta profile if you want to get the iOS 14 beta when its released.
Its a diferent profile then the iOS 13 beta profile.
Deleting the profile does not delete the iOS version on your device.
the beta profile is for the pre-release beta iOS. You do not need it for the regular public version when it is released.
