Please someone help I just bought a gift card for myself and I didn't get the email and I realize I didn't get any emails since 23rd June 2020. Please help resolve this issue. I tried sending emails from gmail to the icloud mail and this is the error.

We understand you are not receiving emails to your iCloud account.
We would recommend signing into iCloud.com and checking the email address under: Mail > Settings (cog on bottom left corner) > Preferences > Accounts > Email Address.
Additionally, send yourself and email from and to the same email address using Mail in iCloud.com.
If the issue persists, we would recommend you Contact Apple Support.
