Airpods disconnecting

My AirPods keep disconnecting no matter what I try. There batteries are full, they are clean, the WiFi is connected, and they say the connect to Bluetooth, but then disconnect. I’ve even done resetting them from all my devices but it still doesn’t work. What should I do?
