why is it showing my phone number may not be using find my and does not appear to be associated with an IPhone. I have updated my new phone number on Apple ID account, IMessage and face time. Couldn’t share my location through my contact number only able to share by using my Apple ID.
I may be misunderstanding your post, but sharing location with Find My is normally done using your Apple ID, not your phone number.
