Check: Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases>... the 1st 3 options must be ALLOWED.

Yes i have several payment method.. but the game said my account in danger need to call customer service

What is the exact error message that you got? Did it say to contact iTunes support for purchase issues?
