best screen mirror app

Hi folks. Whats the best screen mirroring app for the iphone. I am trying to mirror my iphone 11pro max screen to an Android item. The item is an Epson bt300 smart glasses. It needs to have very low latency and the 2 units will communicate using my hotspot as I'll be out in the field. Any help much appreciated.
