how to become Payment Service Provider

I'm interested my company to become Apple's payment service provider (as we can satisfy all the requirements for becoming payment service provider and we already work with different company as PSP in our region)

I was not able to find any contact information to discuss this topic directly with apple team.

We want to become PSP in Georgia
