Is a new iPad with unsealed package still returnable for refund?

If purchased directly from Apple, either online or from an Apple Store, you have an unconditional 14-day return period.

If you purchased your iPad from anywhere other than from Apple, you would need to check your retailers terms and conditions regarding product returns.
