Siri stopped speaking

Out of the blue my Siri stopped speaking. I can still ask her to set reminders, add things to my to do list etc. but she will not verbally speak. I have tried everything including resetting all settings on my phone and it still is not working. This is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
