Siri stopped speaking

Out of the blue my Siri stopped speaking. I can still ask her to set reminders, add things to my to do list etc. but she will not verbally speak. I have tried everything including resetting all settings on my phone and it still is not working. This is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

Voice Feedback in Settings needs to be Always on.

While Siri is (should be) talking press volume up a few times.
