Robokiller may have killed- my phone

I had installed robokiller to decrease the number of robocalls that I receive during the day. It worked great at first, but then began to take over the phone, and limit my calls I could receive. I deleted the app, and now I my phone won't ring at all unless it's from someone in my contacts. I don't know what to do.

iPhone XS, iOS 13
