how do i recycle a phone and i want to get all info off it. I think it is a iphone 4. and it is disabled.
If it's disabled, it's not possible to recover any data from the phone.
Try following the steps in the section, titled: If you longer have your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Even if you still have the phone in your possession.

It is disabled and can't get into it to delete everything
Please re-read the section I identified in the linked article. You do not have to have access to the phone.
