hello

i backed up and restored my phone and when i tried to restore from back up it ask me for password and i didn not made any password so what i have to do

iPhone 6, iOS 12

phone backup I backed up my phone, it encrypted it but did not ask for a password. Then I factory restored it and tried to restore it from the backup but it now wants a password that I never entered. Anyone else have this issue.

It's an encryption password for your iTunes backup. It doesn't encrypt by itself, someone had to set it up.
