why does Apple keep charging me for I tunes, I’ve never even subscribed or used before. 😡

iTunes is free so I hope you are not being charged for it!
If you have a subscription to something thru your Apple ID, you can see and cancel it as follows: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
