My product got a screen change after that I cant hear prope sound on calls.
Ph is getting warmed up.
Battery is draining in minutes. Even I got crack while servicing. Kindly help me a solution. Battery case also got scarched. It was a new device.

If my assumptions are correct above (based on your original post) then you will need to contact whoever you had the screen replacement performed. Call that service center and address your issue with them. If Apple replaced the screen, then take it back to Apple. Apple parts and work are warrantied for a minimum of 90 days.
If a third party shop did the repair, take it back to them and insist they stand by their parts and work.
I am not getting the international calling no. I mailed them let's c what is the response
Try and contact them the same way you did to get your screen repaired.
