Recovering notes and contacts

My iCloud was full and as a result my notes/contacts weren't backed up and therefore deleted. Any way to recover them?

Deleted notes Hello , I accidentally deleted my notes from the recently deleted file , and when I went to check the iCloud they were also deleted there because of the automatic backup , is there a way to recover them ?

If they were deleted due to lack of storage, then they may not be recoverable.
