i need Apple to unlock my iPhones carrier to where I can use a new SIM Card that I got in the mail for my iPhone. Can you help me?

Apple doesn't remove carrier locks. Ask the wireless carrier it's locked to.

Yes.

However, Apple cannot help you.

Only the original cellular carrier may unlock the iPhone - if they choose to do so.
