My iPhone 11 was exposed to small water, phone is now flashing green and (mainly) purple lines. What do I do?

So my iphone was at the ledge of a pool and i think water splashed into it. I just noticed around an hour later small signs of glitches on the screen. Now the letters are turning green and the screen is a purple color. I put the phone in rice and turned it off. Is there anything I can do to help fix my phone screen?. It's not like buttons aren't responding, its just the display is turning purple and green. Please let me know if you can help.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

The rice won't help, you can try putting the phone in a cool, dry place and let it dry for 4 to 5 days and hope you get lucky but I think it is too late. Otherwise click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone.
