Can I use data from my last backup to put on my phone after setting it up?
I recently had to restart my iPhone for different reasons.. I was wondering if I could get everything back on my phone since I had backed it up earlier today.

You should be able to restore all the data that isn't synced to iCloud. Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore. You can't access a backup and only restore certain files.
