An important clue!
If only your account is slow while other accounts work normally we can narrow the problem down to applications/agents that only launch on your account.
In addition to Login Items (Applications) each user also as Launch Agents (scripts) that run. These can be found in:
Finder > To > Go to Folder
~/Library/LaunchAgents
Your user specific launch agents are:
[Loaded] com.dropbox.DropboxMacUpdate.agent.plist (Dropbox, Inc. - installed 2019-08-22)
[Loaded] com.google.keystone.agent.plist (? 0 - installed 2020-03-12)
[Loaded] com.google.keystone.xpcservice.plist (? 0 - installed 2020-03-12)
[Loaded] com.logmein.GoToMeeting.G2MAIRUploader.plist (? 0 - installed 2020-03-30)
[Loaded] com.logmein.GoToMeeting.G2MUpdate.plist (? 0 - installed 2020-03-30)
[Loaded] com.skype.skype.shareagent.plist (Skype Communications S.a.r.l - installed 2019-05-05)
[Running] com.spotify.webhelper.plist (? 0 - installed 2016-04-12)
To test if one of those is a problem go to your "~/Library/" folder, create a new folder named something like "OldAgents", and move everything from the ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ folder into the new ~/Library/OldAgents folder (or whatever you named it). Finally restart your computer. If there is no improvement feel free to move them back.
Also it is odd that no Login Items are listed... Etrecheck might be picking up login items for other users, except that "Day One" is listed as active. Does that application sound familiar?
