Please advise as to why a Ihone 11 is not restoring back up saved to PC ( iTUNES ), requires a password which is known but not accepted ( Apple ID password )
However, if you do not remember the pasword at all or even remember creating a password, is there a way to by pass it?

If you are talking about an encrypted backup, the password is not necessarily your Apple ID password. In any event, if you don’t know the password for the backup, you can’t restore it. You can create a new encrypted backup if you choose to do so.

It's not an Apple ID password, it's a password you (or someone else) have used to create encrypted backups.
