So you are saying right now your Mac is dead in the water(?)
If your Mac doesn't turn on
only with this structure it turns on :
Holding shift+control+option+power button For 10 seconds then release all keys together and press power button.I mean after update each time I should do this to turn mac on

I am not sure what you are asking here....
If this resolved your issue, then no need to reset SMC further. It is for sorting issues, not a standard protocol.
