Cant connect to wireless headphones

I have just changed my phone from a 6 to XR. I also have a watch series 4 which Ive set up but it cannot detect my wireless headphones when previously I had no issues

Find the Bluetooth headphone's instructions on putting them into "Discovery" mode.
